Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. To facilitate prompt fulfillment, we dispatch orders from the warehouse closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Order Processing: 3- 5 business days.
Transit Times:
- Domestic (United States): Approximately 5–7 business days.
- International: Approximately 7–15 business days.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on both the delivery destination and the total weight of the order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

To prevent delays, please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in a delayed dispatch. If an order is returned due to inaccurate information, redelivery may also be postponed.

Please note that: International deliveries are subject to customs inspections, which may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

3. Shipping Methods
We currently provide Standard Shipping for all orders. Expedited or express shipping services are not offered at this time.

4. Customs and Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
