At Joedoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Please read the conditions below:




1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or free replacement within 90 days if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or low-quality item.

  • The product received is significantly different from what you ordered.

  • The package never arrived (verified through tracking).

2. The warranty does not cover

We cannot accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
  • Orders placed with the wrong size, color, or style due to customer error.

  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.





3. How to Request a Refund

To help us quickly and effectively resolve your issue, please provide us with some information below:
- Order ID 
- Clear photos (if applicable) showing the issue

Please note that our refund policy lasts for 90 days from the delivery date. If more than 90 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund.




4. Refund time

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
